Our Certified Motives Consultants have been doing a great job getting the word out about the wonderful products offered by Motives by Loren Ridinger! We love sharing their successes, including this one from Missy Lovett and Shannon Sells.
The duo has been conducting small-scale “Get the Look” workshops and portfolio parties, focusing on makeup for photography. Here’s what their photographer, Jim Zink, had to say about Motives:
“I am blown away by the artists and the product. I am very critical of makeup. Motives and the techniques you teach are so superior to anything I’ve worked with. I used the harshest key light used in fashion photography. Motives held up flawlessly … I’ve done countless photo shoots and weddings and I’ve never had so little (or no) Photoshop work to do on faces (with Motives). What a great product for a photographer. I love being able to do something other than edit.”

I do not work for Motives by Loren Ridinger nor do I sell the products. I am a professional photographer with a busy schedule of fashion shoots, weddings and teaching workshops and no time to waste. Nothing makes my job go easier and the results look better than working with true professional stylists and makeup artists. And when the products they use are the best, everybody wins. The amount of time I have to spend in post production when the makeup artists uses Motives is at least half. No shiny spots! Great coverage! On a personal note, Missy and Shannon are the stars of the makeup world.
